unless agreed otherwise by telephone.

CHECK OUT untill 11am.

During the stay the rooms are cleaned and tidied between 11am and 1pm.

In the event that the room is occupied, cleaning will be performed the next day.

Bookings are accepted via email or by telephone (followed by a confirmation email).

To guarantee your booking you will be asked for credit card details with an expiry date, merely as a guarantee. This will be cancelled upon your departure.

A confirmation email will be sent to the email address that you provide when booking.
